Having some circus-inspired fun with this little 12”x12” mixed media fringed painting. I created it to look like a piece of an old, weather-worn, painted over, FUN HOUSE sign… but with a section that gave just the right sentiment (wink). I hope this made you giggle when you saw it. I certainly LOL’d when I conceived it.

On a more serious note, the “eff you ho” in this piece also references how women can easily be pushed aside, ridiculed, and put down. Calling women “hoes" for reasons unrelated to promiscuity is all too often a tactic used by men (and other women) to denigrate and demean them. #MeToo
