Stressed Out

This painting was inspired by the TwentyOnePilots song “Stressed Out” that I chose as the title. I always loved the lyrics and used them here both quietly in the background and as the main featured text. I wanted this piece to be a reminder of how stressed out we can get in this day and age, and not to carry that over into our play time. And if you don’t have any play time… well, you definitely need some. This was one of my earliest in the series of graffiti style paintings and I loved getting loose and letting my playful side come out.
